How do I measure my art ?
The sizes we require are the width and height [in millimetres]of the art or paper that you would like to be able to see, [once the art is matted and/or framed].
Then deduct 5 millimetres of both the width and the height.

Are all your frames completely finished?
Yes, all frames are complete and ready to hang on the wall.[or stand if this was requested].Except for ready made frames there is no further assembly required.
Picture hook(s) will be supplied. Mirrors will be supplied with a flush mount kit and instrustions.

What is acrylic?
Acrylic is a synthetically produced "glass". It can be obtained in clear, non-reflective and/or with an uv protective layer. All will have the same or better appearance as  their 'glass cousin' equivelants. Also known as perspex.
Acrylic has a very high breaking point and is therefor ideal for transporting.

Avoid vigorous cleaning instead treat the glass the way you would treat your glasses or camera lens. That is wipe it with a soft cloth, avoiding all cleaning products other then the ones you would use on your camera or glasses.
