CUSTOM FRAMING GUARANTEE

Picture-it provides a five year guarantee on all custom framing workmanship.

If for whatever reason you are not entirely satisfied with the quality of service or products offered by us please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to rectify the problem.

This guarantee is  valid if the buyer has made every  effort in taking proper care of their framed art. That is: stored and or hung in an enviroment were it will not be damaged or exposed to u.v light, humidity, condensation or any other factor that may cause  premature damage / ageing to either the art or the frame.

Any materials used to create the framed item that are deemed to be defective will be covered by it`s` manufacturer warranty .

Any goods damaged during transportation are the liability of both the selected transport company and the owner.

We have a  20 year for conservation level framing and 35 year guarantee for museum level framing.
Both these guarantees only extend to the techniques and materials used that are directly in contact with the art.
