Art Submission Information
INFORMATION FOR ARTISTS
This page provides information for artist wanting to submit their art to this web-site.
We are always on the look out for new art by either established or 'new' artists.
There is no minimum or maximum number of art's that we are striving to publish.
We are looking to display most quality art types.
So please read the following information.
The price:
We let the artist set the price for their art piece. We then add on our commission and GST.
Our commision=25% if framed by us or 30% if unframed or framed elsewhere.
GST=12.5%
The freight will be paid for by the potential purchaser.
FOR EXAMPLE: If you set your price at $650.00. We will then add our commission of 25% or 30% and try and sell your art for $914.10 or $975.00.

We prefer artists to only sell their art thru our website, however this is not enforceble. In the case that art gets sold elsewhere without notification to us[whilst still on display on our website] we reserve the right to claim for advertising and associated expenses incurred. If you wish to sell your art elsewhere you will need to contact us and allow 5 working days for us to take your images and details of the website before advertising/selling elsewhere.
By completing the submission form you agree to the above terms.
Image quality:
To do your art justice and to get an accurate representation of your art we require good quality images.The art should be photographed square on and against a plain background. Please send us an untouched jpeg image . We will then manipulate these and get the art looking it's best on our website.
If your art requires framing we can 'virtually' frame your art before posting it on our website at a fee of $20.00/item. This fee will get waived if the art sells.
When the art sells:
When or if an art piece gets sold ,we wil notify you as soon as possible.
Usually within 2-3 working days, if the artist is available for contact.
We will ask you to package and courier the art according to our packaging instructions, which are viewable and can be copied off this web-site.
Once we have recieved confirmation from the following: youthe artist, the recipient and the courier company that the art has arrived undamaged we will pay you by direct payment into a nominated bank account.
If you like we can also store the artwork for you on our premises until it sells this will avoid the need for you to package and post.
N.B: You are responsible for sending and the correct packaging methods.
You also have the option of storing your art at our premises until it sells (no longer then 4 months).This will avoid the need to package and post if the art sells.
